The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping charges depend on the shipping destination, shipping weight and method of shipment. If you would like to guarantee that your order arrives within 1-3 days, you may choose Next Day Air (1-2 business days) or Second Day Air (2-3 business days) shipping service. You will be provided with your order tracking information. Also, some shipping companies will charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses. This penalty will be borne by the customer.

If your purchase did not meet your expectations for any reasons, please notify us. CDs, DVDs and multimedia must be returned unopened. In addition, all perishable foods (i.e. fruits & vegetables) are not returnable. Claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Please note that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, unless it is due to an error on our website or is received damaged/defective. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first via email to initiate the return process. Please include the original sales invoice along with the returned item in its original packaging. Mail the merchandise back to the Shipped from address on the original shipping label. We recommend that you send the package via Fedex or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Refunds will not be provided unless the product is defective or replacement is not available at that time.
Frozen ORDERS MAY ONLY BE ORDERED IN SETS OF 10 or 25 ITEMS. We reserve the right to replace items if we are out of stock. There is additional charge for the insulated box and dry ice. Orders of 10 items â€“ $16.99 extra Orders of 25 items â€“ $26.99 extra We ship all frozen orders with a three day delivery. We are not responsible if the package is not taken care off once it is delivered. WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALASKA and HAWAII. We're sorry but we also cannot deliver frozen orders to PO Boxes or APO and FPO addresses. To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses.
